Life feels heavy
Maybe you’re snapping at your partner and can’t figure out why. Or crying in the grocery store because your yogurt was sold out—leaving you questioning, “what is going on with me?!”
Maybe you and your spouse feel more like roommates playing for opposite teams. Or you’re in your “golden years” wondering why it doesn’t feel all that golden.
You’ve tried to talk yourself out of it, to push through, but honestly? You’re tired of pretending you’re fine when everything feels off.
Take a deep breath—this is what relief feels like.
You start noticing your moods before they take over, communicating with your partner without it turning into World War III, and finally exhaling after years of holding it together.
You’re steady, laughing more, and feeling like yourself again. Life isn’t perfect (really—whose is?), but it feels lighter, calmer, and more manageable. You’re actually excited for what’s next.
Why Know Me Therapy?
Therapy with me is a real, human connection paired with results-driven tools and a side of humor. I use a custom blend of approaches, pulling from EFT, the Gottman Method, CBT, DBT, and more—but most importantly, I know what it’s like to be in the thick of it: navigating moods, relationships, and seasons of change.
I genuinely care about helping you find your footing again. Therapy can be powerful—and yes, it can actually feel good. With me, it’s personally designed to help you make lasting change without ever feeling like you’re doing homework.

What healing looks like:
→ Feeling in charge of your moods and emotions.
→ Laughing again, even when things feel heavy.
→ Feeling like yourself — not just “functioning.”
→ Taking a deep breath and realizing… wow, I’m actually okay.
→ Noticing your body feels lighter, calmer, more yours.
→ Knowing peace doesn’t mean perfect, but feeling prepared for whatever life throws at you.
→ Finding joy in the small stuff (and realizing it’s actually the big stuff).
Meet the Clinician
Hey, I’m Sarah Boulet, LMFT-Associate.
I’m a therapist, mom, and very real human who knows how heavy life can get—even when everything looks fine on the outside.
In session, I bring a mix of calm energy and straight talk. I’ll listen without judgment, and help you untangle what’s really going on—so you can see yourself more clearly.
I’m not here to “fix” you (because you’re not broken). I’m here to help you breathe easier, laugh again, and actually feel like you again.
